Amy Doerflinger

Position:Release Train Engineer

Amy attended college for her undergraduate degree at Charleston Southern University in Charleston, SC. She played and started 4 years of NCAA D1 Softball while earning her Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. She later completed a Masters Project Management Certificate at Bellevue College, WA and has earned her Masters of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership from City University of Seattle, WA. Amy has also obtained her RTE (Release Train Engineer) & SPC4 (SAFe Program Consultant) Certifications from Scaled Agile Inc.

Amy was hired into Boeing in January, 2012. For the last two years, she has been a Release Train Engineer (RTE) within IT on a team that is transforming Boeing so Boeing can transform the world! She has been a Project Manager and Business Analyst prior to this role. Amy’s hobbies include spending time with her husband and two young girls, who are 2 & 4. She loves to hike, camp, cook, kayak, travel and be outdoors as much as possible. Amy loves working with people and considers herself a lifelong learner. She is a servant leader who aspires to bring people together and highlight how their diverse backgrounds and beliefs are essential assets in teaming and transformation.
