Amy Doerflinger

Position:Agile Development Senior Manager & Solution Train Engineer

Raised in the Pacific Northwest in WA State, Amy then moved across the country to attend college for her undergraduate degree at Charleston Southern University in Charleston, SC. While there, she played and started 4 years of NCAA D1 Softball while earning her Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. She later completed a Masters Project Management Certificate at Bellevue College and has earned her Masters of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership from City University of Seattle. Amy has also earned her RTE (Release Train Engineer) & SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) Certifications from Scaled Agile Inc. (SAFe). She is in the process of studying for the Lean Portfolio Management Certification from SAFe.

Amy was hired into Boeing in January 2012. She currently serves there as a Senior Manager and Solution Train Engineer (STE) on the Second Century Human Resources Agile Transformation Team. Before this role, she was a Release Train Engineer (RTE) & Scrum Master.

Amy’s hobbies include spending time with her husband and two young girls. She loves to hike, camp, cook, kayak, travel and be outdoors as much as possible. Amy loves working with people and considers herself a lifelong learner. She is a servant leader who aspires to bring people together and highlight how their diverse backgrounds and beliefs are essential assets in teaming and transformation.
